• PARKING - Our driveway can easily accommodate 2 mid-sized vehicles or 3-4 small vehicles. Street parking is available in front of our house for up to 2 additional vehicles. A complimentary overflow parking lot is available at the main clubhouse. • POOL HEAT - Recommended during cooler months. Heating Fee is $35 per day. (Note: The heater will not function when air temps are below 50 degrees). PLEASE NOTE: Our pool is serviced weekly by our team of professionals. We ask that you not bar access to the lanai area so they are able to perform their tasks. The general service day is Wednesdays, but could vary depending depending on holidays and other events. IMPORTANT: Once your booking request has been submitted, we'll request an email address from you to send a copy of your Rental Agreement. All Rental Agreements must be completed, signed, and returned within 14 days of the booking request in order to complete and confirm your reservation.

Trafalgar Village is located approximately 15 miles south of Walt Disney World. This sprawling, quiet resort is surrounded by natural spring lakes and a well-maintained conservation area, making it a wonderful escape after a bustling day at the theme parks. As our guests, your stay includes full access to the community pool and whirlpool spa, playground, outdoor courts, a first-class fitness room, clubhouse, movie theater, and game room, complete with billiards and arcade games. A concierge is also on duty daily to assist with vacation ideas in the area.

Guest Access

One week prior to your arrival you will receive an email with your door code, gate pass, and some tips to help your arrival go smoothly. Although we are not on-site, we are always available through text, email, or cell phone throughout your stay.

We loved staying at Walt's Resort! We had a large group of 12 people and 5 of them kids of various ages and Walt's Resort comfortably accommodated all of us and had plenty of things to keep the kids entertained between the arcade room and the pool. I also loved that there was a pack n'play onsite available for my 2-year-old so I didn't have to pack that. The house was clean and the rooms were so cute with each having their own theme. We loved our stay and felt right at home!

We stayed at this beautiful house with our family of 12. Darlene was very responsive and very friendly! This house had everything we needed for our vacation. The backyard was such a perfect oasis to relax with everyone in our party. Our kids and the adults loved the game room which made everyone drop those electronics and spend quality time. If you are looking for a perfect vacation in Florida, you have to book this house!

My family very much enjoyed our stay at Walt’s. The gaming room was a big hit for all ages and we spent lots of time on the patio - from early morning coffee to late night chats. Everyone commented on the comfortable beds and there was plenty of space for all nine of us. Darlene was very responsive and helpful - I appreciated all the clear instructions that I could easily share with family members who were all arriving at different times from different places. I don’t want to give away all the surprises but I will say that my nieces and nephew were excited by the discoveries in the themed rooms. Thanks for making our family get together special and relaxing.
