ABOUT BLUE MIST The spacious first floor living area features a plush leather couch and loveseat, perfect for unwinding after a day of beachside adventures. Gather in the adjoining dining area, with seating for eight, and five additional stools at the kitchen bar – plenty of space for shared meals and lively conversations. The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and all the essentials for culinary creations. WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP With a maximum capacity of 10, this home is ideal for multi-generational families or small groups. The first-floor King Suite offers a private retreat for Mom & Dad. And each of the other two floors creates a perfect private space for your family! Bedroom #1: King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom (First Floor) Bedroom #2: King Bed (Second Floor) Bedroom #3: King Bed (Second Floor) Bedroom #4: Queen Bed (Third Floor) Bedroom #5: Queen Bed (Third Floor) (Two additional Twin rollaway beds are also available upon request. Extra charges apply) AMENITIES PROVIDED Each bathroom includes one double-roll of toilet paper, hair dryers, and a complimentary set of travel toiletries. In the kitchen you'll find one roll of paper towels, a small supply of dishwasher pods, dish soap, and trash bags. For additional supplies please check our house manual for the closet convenience stores. OUTDOOR AREA Outside you'll find a private fenced-in yard with a covered patio, table seating, and a complimentary grill...the perfect place for outdoor dining or socializing! MINIMUM AGE: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. We're sorry but we no longer make exceptions. SEASONAL WRISTBAND POLICY: During peak seasons, guests are required to purchase and wear wristbands when using the Emerald Shores private beach. Upon your arrival, stop by the beach pavilion to register and obtain your wristbands There is a $30 cost per stay that covers everyone in your group. IMPORTANT: Once your booking request has been submitted, we'll request an email address from you to send a copy of your Rental Agreement. All Rental Agreements must be completed, signed, and returned within 7 days of the booking request in order to complete and confirm your reservation.
