ABOUT SERENDIPITY... This beautifully furnished beach house is located on the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, just steps from the Emerald Shores community pool and private beach! LIVING AREAS (2): Relax in the comfortable first-floor living area and enjoy our 75" HD LCD SMART TV with soundbar! Enjoy all your favorite streaming services or catch your favorite shows on our High Def Cable Box, with DVR. Or...head upstairs and enjoy the den/loft area which has a 40" LCD TV with high definition channels (this living area also has a comfortable sleeper sofa) KITCHEN/DINING AREA: As you enter our home, you will be greeted with a spacious, newly remodeled kitchen and adjacent dining area. The kitchen has been fully-stocked with all your favorite cooking tools and small appliances. Don't see what you need? Let us know and we'll send it over! The dining area is separated from the kitchen by a counter with stools, creating the perfect space to hang out with friends and family. Whether it's meal time or game night, this area will be well-used by your group! WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP: This home's sprawling layout includes a first floor King suite with a private patio. Upstairs you'll find two additional KING Bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the loft area. On the first floor we keep two comfortable rollaway twin beds with bedding - perfect for a couple extra guests. (Max Occ 8-10 guests) All bedrooms have ceiling fans, comfortable bedding, and Smart TVs, creating the perfect private retreat! Note: We do not have a pack-and-play or crib on site. We can recommend a local company if you wish to rent one during your stay. (2) KING Ensuite Bedrooms (One on each floor) (1) KING Bedroom (2nd floor) (1) QUEEN Sleeper Sofa (located in the upstairs den/loft area) (2) Oversized TWIN rollaway cots ENJOY THE OUTDOORS Head outside during your stay and enjoy our two furnished porches on the lower level, with a complimentary grill. Or relax in the morning on either of our 2 upper balconies. All outdoor areas are furnished with comfortable seating. WAIT THERE'S MORE... The 2nd floor laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, iron/board, and a starter supply of detergent pods. On the porch you'll find a complimentary beach wagon to use for your day at the beach or the pool. OUR COMMUNITY When you stay at Serendipity, you'll enjoy all the amenities provided by the top-rated Emerald Shores resort community. This exquisite gated community sits between Hwy 98 and Scenic 98 in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. With entry gates on both ends, you'll have easy access to explore the neighboring areas along the Emerald Coast. EMERALD SHORES PRIVATE BEACH Take a short 5 minute stroll to our gated PRIVATE BEACH or hop on the complimentary beach tram (mid-May through mid-Aug). There you'll find the Emerald Shores snack bar pavilion with restrooms, rinse showers, picnic tables, and plenty of space to park your bikes or beach wagon. Check in with our DEDICATED beach attendant to reserve chairs or an umbrella (provided by La Dolce Vita). FUN FACT: Emerald Shores is the ONLY community on Scenic 98 with a private beach, a private pavilion with snack bar and restrooms, AND a dedicated beach attendant! (During high seasons, our snack bar, picnic tables, and private restrooms make our pavilion a true HIDDEN GEM!) * * * * * SEASONAL WRISTBAND POLICY: Upon your arrival, you will need to obtain wrist bands from the Emerald Shores Beach Pavilion in order to access the resort amenities, including the private beach. There is a $30 cost per stay that covers everyone in your group. Instructions on how to obtain your wrist bands will be provided after your reservation is made. ** EMERALD SHORES is a sought-after gated community offering two community pools, a private Beach and Beach Pavilion, our own dedicated beach attendant, a tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, and seasonal beach tram service. The community is centrally located close to restaurants, bars, shopping, golf courses, and water sports with access to both Hwy 98 on the north and Scenic 98 on the south! We're just minutes from Destin, known as the "Luckiest Fishing Village in the World" where deep sea fishing is always a big draw! The powder, white beaches and the sparkling Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise'!
