On the FIRST FLOOR you'll find a spacious open floor plan that leads from the front foyer entrance to your private backyard oasis. •The LIVING AREA is tastefully decorated and furnished with plush seating and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite movies. As you enter this area, you'll be greeted with an amazing view of your private lanai from the wide ceiling-to-floor windows. •The elegant DINING ROOM includes a table that easily seats 8 and is located between the kitchen and living area, making it the perfect place for family gatherings •The fully-stocked KITCHEN includes all your favorite small appliances, countertop seating, and a cozy eating area that leads out to the covered lanai. •The garage has been repurposed as a family-friendly GAME ROOM...the perfect place to enjoy some friendly competition and work off some energy! Enjoy a game of pool or foosball in this air-conditioned space. And the littles in your group will LOVE the play area we've added just for them! •The first floor also has TWO King bedroom suites and one bedroom with a trundle bed. * * * * * All BEDROOMS have private bathrooms, Smart TVs with Roku, ceiling fans, and inviting, comfortable beds. It's like having your own private retreat! (3) KING Ensuite Bedrooms (2 on the first floor, 1 on the second floor) (1) TWIN Ensuite Bedroom with 3 Twin Beds (located on the 2nd floor) (1) FULL Ensuite Bedroom, with TWIN Trundle Bed (locate on the 1st floor) The garage area has been renovated as a family-friendly, air-conditioned GAME ROOM and is quite popular among our guests. Enjoy a game of Foosball or a round of Pool, while the littles hang out in a special play area just for them. Enjoy a little friendly competition at our combination Ping Pong and Air Hockey gaming table. The perfect place to work off some energy! WAIT THERE'S MORE! Our house is conveniently located within a short walking distance of TWO PLAYGROUNDS! The first is right across the street from our house, with a large common area that's perfect for a game of soccer or kickball. The second is just 4 houses away at the corner of our street and Teascone Blvd.

POOL/SPA HEAT: Heating Fee is $35 per day. Note: The heater will not function when air temps are below 50 degrees. IMPORTANT: Once your booking request has been submitted, we'll request an email address from you to send a copy of your Rental Agreement. All Rental Agreements must be completed, signed, and returned within 14 days of the booking request in order to complete and confirm your reservation. Please note that your reservation is not final until the Rental Agreement has been completed and returned.

Guest Access

One week prior to your arrival, I will send you an email with your gate pass and your personal door code to use during your stay. Upon arrival, be sure to stop in at the Windsor Hills Welcome Center to get your wristbands. This will give you and your family access to all the resort amenities during your stay!.

The house was a perfect fit for 3 families traveling together. 10 of us fit comfortably. The kids loved the pool. Darlene was quick to respond whenever we messaged her. Location was close to Disney World. Would recommend and stay again!

Wonderful, clean home! We love the location and resort. The home was perfect for our family to relax. The pool/spa was perfect with toys and balls. The game room was a hit with everyone. All of the beds were comfortable and felt like home. Highly recommended!!

Went for a week and loved every minute! The house was great- clean, had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was awesome and we were in it all the time when not at the parks. There was an issue with the spa heat that was taken care of right away- Darlene was great at communicating the status and it was fixed before we left. Great location and near everything. Thanks Darlene for a wonderful stay.

The Windsor Hills Resort is located off Old Lake Wilson Road, with quick and easy access to shopping, dining, and all your must-see attractions. NOTE: Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles is provided. Street parking is prohibited and sidewalks must remain clear for pedestrians. Throughout the Windsor Hills Resort you'll find well-maintained sidewalks. Many of our guests walk to the clubhouse or the many shaded play areas and some use our complimentary wagon and strollers. NOTE: If you prefer to drive to the clubhouse, parking is available on a first come/first serve basis.
